FAQs

We have a mixture of gym and home workout plans available on the app so you can choose a plan that fits into your lifestyle and what you have available to you. Each workout will specify what equipment you need (if any).

Yes! After you've completed an exercise, you'll be able to track what weight you used for it. When you do that exercise again, it will show you your history so you know exactly where you're up to.

Go to your profile on the app and input your stats under the info tab. Once you've done that, it will then automatically calculate your nutrition targets. Click on Nutrition on your profile and everything will pop up for you.

Of course! If you want to try a different program, go to program tab on your app and select a different one. Please note you can only do one progam at a time.

No, check-ins are for my 1-1 clients only. However, you can update your progress on the app to keep track of how things are going.

When you're tracking a workout, you'll see a short clip of each exercise. To view the longer video and the written demonstration, click the 'i' at the top corner and it will take you straight to it.

Absolutely! You can join the app from anywhere in the world

Yes! The long form instructional workout demonstrations and written explanations means it's perfect for those of you who are new to working out and want to make sure you're doing it correctly.
